At thirty, Peggy moved into senior management in one of Wall Street’s oldest firms, launching a 25-year career and introducing her to the demanding world of commercial real estate. As part of her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she managed multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios and built an award-winning headquarters. Her broad business background facilitated an easy transition into real estate’s luxury residential segment.
After purchasing a South Florida beach condo, Peggy was elected as the building’s board president. Still active in condo association leadership, she guides buyers and sellers with her understanding of Florida’s real estate statutes and condo rules. Today, Peggy’s clients benefit from her experience as she thoughtfully coaches owners through the selling process and buyers through the approval process – an important part of living in Fort Lauderdale’s coveted condominiums.
